Terms and Conditions

Hundepension Wuff is responsible for the boarding and care of your dog(s) for the agreed period according to the conditions given and made known to the owner.

Hundepension Wuff must be informed of any pre-existing conditions or illnesses. We are not able to accommodate bitches in heat.

If the dog is not picked up at the agreed time, Hundepension Wuff reserves the right to make other arrangements for the dog’s boarding.

The dog owner confirms that his dog is immunized regularly. Dogs will only be accepted for boarding on receipt of the relevant immunization documents.

In case of illness or injury the owner agrees that all necessary treatment will be administered by a vet and agrees to pay all the related costs.
In case of a contagious illness which the dog may have had on arrival, the owner is liable to bear all incurring costs of treatment of other dogs in our care and disinfection of the kennels.

For visits to a vet we charge 50 EUR per visit additionally to the vet and medication costs.

Regrettably an unexpected death can occur at home or whilst a dog is in our care.
Should we suspect that this fatality is a result of a contagious disease, we are obliged to carry out an autopsy by a certified vet to establish the cause of death. The owner agrees to this procedure and bears the resulting costs.

The staff at Hundepension Wuff and all other parties involved in the care of the dog will only be held liable for gross negligence or intent.

In case of ordinary negligence we shall be liable only in case of violation of cardinal obligation. However, the liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damage.

The dogs will be allowed to run freely on the enclosed premises with other dogs.

The cost is 15 EUR per day per dog for day guests and 25 EUR per day per dog for
overnight guests.

A combination of both tariffs is not possible.

In case of a non-agreed prolongation of the boarding period, we reserve the right to charge 30 EUR per day per dog.

The owner agrees to pay for the total costs for the agreed period.

If cancellation occurs up to 2 weeks prior to the agreed date of arrival, the owner must pay 20% of the total costs of boarding as compensation.

If cancellation occurs after this 2 weeks prior to the agreed date of arrival, the owner must pay 50% of the total costs of boarding as compensation.

The receipt of a booking confirmation will make your booking legally binding.

All rights for films and pictures taken during your dog’s stay remain with the
Hundepension Wuff. The dog owner agrees to the publication of the material.
